The Boston Sweets Silicone Muffin Pan

I'm not much of a baker. I rarely bake and if I do it's simple recipes or cakes. I have very few pans to bake in. I have started to branch out into different types of bake ware. I was really excited to try the silicone items. I got the silicone muffin pan and my luck I was out of liner papers. So someone told me I could use the silicone pan without the liners. Yeah I was skeptical. So i got liners just in case . This is a 12 muffin pan. I lined 6 cups with liners, 3 cups with no liners and non stick spray and 3 cups with no liner and no spray. Surprisingly the no cups and no spray cups came out so much better. They were beautiful. Round fluffy tops. They didn't stick to the pan at all. They came up super easy with no effort. I ran a small butter knife around the sides just incase. The ones with the non stick spray didn't fluff up as good as the others. The ones with a liner were the worse, the muffins stuck to the liners and bottoms tasted burnt. So i LOVE the fact that I don't need liners to use this pan. Never have to worry about running out of liners again. I'm really impressed with this pan. I had no idea they would work this well. All I made was some blueberry muffins from box mix. They were great. I followed instructions on the pan for clean up with no issues. This has opened me up to a whole new line of bake ware.
