Calily Life Organic Detoxifying Charcoal + Eucalyptus + Peppermint Face and Body Wash,

With all the sickness we have endured over the past two months, this body wash actually helps ALOT. It has Eucalyptus and Peppermint in it. Eucalyptus works as an expectorant and helps cleanse your body of toxins and harmful microorganisms that can make you feel sick. Inhaling peppermint can oftentimes immediately unclog your sinuses and offer relief to scratchy throats. Peppermint acts as an expectorant and may provide relief for colds, cough, sinusitis, asthma, and bronchitis. The charcoal is a great toxin removal. Now you see why I am in love with this product during all this sickness. It's opening us up in a hot steamy shower, and cleansing our bodies of the ickies. These ingredients also help with the sore muscles from the normal aches and pains of a sickness.

The body wash lathers really well. it doesn't leave a messy dark look to the shower with the charcoal. The smell is not super strong. You can definitely smell the Eucalyptus and Peppermint but it doesn't overpower your senses. The wash doesn't leave your skin super dry like some washes can. Once again I can NOT say enough about this brand. It's one of the best lines of organic products I have tried out yet.

My daughter has curly frizzy hair. I'm always looking for ways to "tame the beast" so to speak. I cant tell you how much money we have spent on high dollar name brand hair care products. The majority of the products basically for lack of a better word, SUCKED. So yes we are always looking for new products to try. I left it on for 10 minutes then rinsed. Her hair smelled AMAZING. It was so soft and smooth. Her curls were defined and not frizzy at all. I could actually manage to style her hair. Calily Life Coconut Milk Scrub

My Confession: 

This stuff smells AMAZING. I could eat it. I won't but it smells good enough to tempt it. With my facial eczema, I have to be careful with what products I use. The great thing about this product is its made with all natural organic ingredients. It exfoliates that dead dry top layer of skin to show soft new skin. It has coconut milk, almond oil, and grapeseed oil to help soothe and moisturize. This is a great combination. Remember though you have to shake it well before use to mix up all those oils. It helps fight anti-aging as well with all the other nutrients and vitamins that it's made up of. It's a salt scrub. It can be a bit harsh if you have any cuts or scrapes, however, the oils will also help to heal them. Calily Life products have not disappointed me. So far I have tried three of their all natural organic line products. All three amazed and surprised me. I feel just like I have been to a spa. Can't wait to try more of their products.

Calily Life Charcoal Body Scrub

My Confession:

This stuff is pretty amazing. I have always been skeptical about charcoal anything after a disastrous charcoal powder incident *shudders*. I have recently found a love of body scrubs. Sugar scrubs are my favorite compared to the salt scrubs, BUT, I am a "sweet" kinda gal. The salt scrubs kinda sting if there are any cuts on your body or hands. I was really surprised this salt scrub didn't give me that stinging feeling.  I don't really have many body imperfections that need "clarified". I mainly got this product for the exfoliation. I do have eczema though and thought this would be perfect for those spots. My first impression was dang it's a lot of oil. OK, so I'm gonna tell on myself a little.  SHAKE IT UP!  Rule number one when using most of these products ALWAYS shake it. So after shaking it up, the oil was evenly distributed and it wasn't quite as oily =) . The second thing I noticed was the grape smell. It was so sweet. It wasn't loud at all. While preparing to use this product I was mentally preparing myself for the charcoal mess that comes with a charcoal product. No mess, well, very little mess. Most of the color was washed away. However, it did leave an oily feel to my shower floor so definitely use caution and make sure to take fall precautions. I loved the exfoliation of this product. It wasn't super harsh and easily soaked into my skin. Again it is a bit more oily than I like so I rinsed off a little extra. Though oily, It left my skin feeling so soft, smooth, and silky. My hubby even complimented me on freshly shaved legs (confession: I didn't shave, SHH ). So yes this product is great to add to your beauty regimen. I will definitely keep it in mine to help that dry skin eczema issue. It also fights aging by reducing wrinkles and dark spots. It's all natural organic ingredients help to keep this product hypoallergenic. Even this most sensitive skin should be able to use without issues.

Junpro Mermaid Tail Blanket

What is a mermaid tail blanket? It's a blanket made (often crocheted) to look like a mermaid tail once it is put on.

This particular blanket from Junpro is a beautiful color of pink and purple mixed. It is crocheted with a ruffled top trim.

It has an opening in the back for easy access to get into the blanket. It keeps those tiny tootsies nice and warm.

The bottom of the blanket is exactly as described. It looks like a mermaid tail fin. 

Modeled by my own Baby ( ok toddler #mommydenial ) Jo. You can see it's perfect for a chair or laying down. She like the chair, so that she can watch her "Tangled" cartoon. 

As mentioned this blanket is hand crocheted and super soft. It is made of a high-quality fabric blend(80% polyester + 20% cotton). The material makes the blanket warm yet breathable. MY CONFESSION

First thoughts:

1.  Not sure I like the rubberish cord.
2. The actual ear bud is an odd design. It is angled.

After using them a few times, I absolutely love them. The rubber cord is great; NO tangles at all. I love not having to untangle them when fishing them out of my purse. The earbuds are angled. Now, this I wasn't so sure of. They fit perfectly in my ear. The angle is just right and comfortable for listening for long periods. There is a volume button that also functions as a call button so you can use this as a mic and for handsfree calling. The package was really nice. It has a little pouch. It even comes with different size earbud pieces.

Fiber Optic Angel Yard Light

My mother Judy, loved Angels. She collected them in life and is now one in after life. Her 53rd birthday is next week.


Even in death I like to remeber her on her birthday and try to get her some kind of decoration for her resting place. I was so excited to get this (Fiber Optic Solar Powered Angel). It is the perfect present for my momma.


It's a set of 2 Angels that are super easy and simple to put together. It comes with all pieces needed and the instructions.

Setting one up was a breeze. I first inserted the bottom pole.

Thwn attached the provided ground stake on the bottom of that pole.

After that I placed the Angel on thw top of the pole. She slides on easily.

Turned it on by the switch at the bottom

The Angel is solar powered so I had to find a dark space such as a closet to test her colors.



Isn't she beautiful? The Angel is made out of a hard plastic. The wings are a plastic feather type material. I think they would hold up to minor weather situations. Any heavy rain snow or ice you may want to bring inside if possible. With it being solar powered her light will shine upto 6 hours in full sunshine. Her light shine time can vary depending on where she is placed. Her battery should last about 100,000 hours, if not it's easy to install a AA battery.

This will make a great addition to mommas final resting place. I think she will be so happy to see her Angel light.

She is a sassy little 3 year old, who may or may not be spoiled. She's alot like her Momma when it comes to likes and dislikes in decor. Yes my 3 year old is opinionated on what she wants her play room (should be a bedroom, but well once a cosleeper, YEAH) to look like. So here's a little peek at some of her stylish room items.




This beautiful (Pink and Brown Rug) by ( MZPRIDE AMAZON STORE) is the perfect fit. It's got an Owl theme with tree, leaves and butterflies. Not that we are huge fans of the OWL trend but this is way cute. Its made me rethink my owl anti owl theme. The pink and browns colors match her room theme.


The rug is very sturdy and well made. It doesn't snag and holds up great to play with a toddler. It's 4.8ft x 3.3ft . It's perfect for a small spot to play on or to use as a cute reading corner. Right now it's being played on. Soon we we convert playroom to bedroom, then it will be for her reading corner.

Back to her playroom/bedroom style. Another cute item that matches the rug is this beautiful had made sign by ( A&A CREATIONS) .

The quote was found on Pinterest. Then my friend at A&A made it with all things girly in mind. They can do moat ANY design sign you can think of.

This super girly hairbow holder

was a gift. Unsure the original maker but if your interested then definately check out ( CREATIONS BY NICKI BOWTIQUE). She also made most of the bows :) . She has a wide arrangement of talents.

As you can see Joleah has a girly yet earthy flare to her room.
