She is a sassy little 3 year old, who may or may not be spoiled. She's alot like her Momma when it comes to likes and dislikes in decor. Yes my 3 year old is opinionated on what she wants her play room (should be a bedroom, but well once a cosleeper, YEAH) to look like. So here's a little peek at some of her stylish room items.




This beautiful (Pink and Brown Rug) by ( MZPRIDE AMAZON STORE) is the perfect fit. It's got an Owl theme with tree, leaves and butterflies. Not that we are huge fans of the OWL trend but this is way cute. Its made me rethink my owl anti owl theme. The pink and browns colors match her room theme.


The rug is very sturdy and well made. It doesn't snag and holds up great to play with a toddler. It's 4.8ft x 3.3ft . It's perfect for a small spot to play on or to use as a cute reading corner. Right now it's being played on. Soon we we convert playroom to bedroom, then it will be for her reading corner.

Back to her playroom/bedroom style. Another cute item that matches the rug is this beautiful had made sign by ( A&A CREATIONS) .

The quote was found on Pinterest. Then my friend at A&A made it with all things girly in mind. They can do moat ANY design sign you can think of.

This super girly hairbow holder

was a gift. Unsure the original maker but if your interested then definately check out ( CREATIONS BY NICKI BOWTIQUE). She also made most of the bows :) . She has a wide arrangement of talents.

As you can see Joleah has a girly yet earthy flare to her room.

Saw Palmetto



Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) is a palm that grows in the southern coastal regions of the U.S. Some Native American peoples have long used its berries as medicine.

Why do people take saw palmetto?
Saw palmetto has caught on in the U.S. as a treatment for enlarged prostate, or benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH). While the evidence is mixed, multiple studies have shown an improvement in symptoms of enlarged prostate. Studies have shown it can reduce the need to urinate in the night and improve urinary flow and painful urination. Iris panties

I'm a big girl and finding panties that fit correct is HARD. I gave up on cute ones along time ago. Now I want COMFORTABLE. That's my priority. These (Iris Panties) sold by ( My Lingerie) are the definition of comfort.

I got the Burgndy. Yes I left my comfort zone of black or white :) . I totally threw in some color there.

So what makes these so comfy are the
fabric and fit. They re classic fit aka granny panties. I know. Your like NEVER. I was that girl. But seriously, no wedgies, no rolling, no sticking to you. These are made up of 95% combed Cotton and 5% spandex.

Who says you can't mix Stripes and Polka Dots?

I am just like most other mommies. My child is ALWAYS dressed way better than me. Who has time for hair, make up and matching clothes? Not me. It's usually the normal mom attire, yoga pants and tshirts. If it's anything more fancy, then I'll throw on some jeans. So yes it's no surprise that Joleah wears way better clothes than me. As my first/only daughter she gets some of the cutest and trendiest outfits. Some she has the same outfit in many colors:)

It's super cute. It's soft and stretchy. It has a striped pattern. It also mixes polka dot bows on the knees and back., The same trim around the buttons. What makes it extra girly is the doily lace pockets on the front.




Cute huh? I love it. It will make a cute Christmas time outfit. Speaking of Christmas. That brings us to the other outfit.


I received this ( Red Striped One) from ( EF&MORE AMAZON STORE) . It defines Christmas Eve to me. It has the same super soft stretchy material. It has the Red Stripes, green polka dot bows and trim and Ivory doily lace pockets. It looks kinda like vintage pajamas. It will make an AMAZING Santa picture this year. I'm really excited for this.




As you can see yes they both are a little bigger on her right now. Both come in Asian sizes so I always order up in size. I ordered up 2 sizes since it's still summer. I think come Christmas these will fit JUST right.

Inflatable Beach Ball Sprinkler Toy

It's been a super hot summer. We are all looking for ways to cool down. My 3 yr old is no exception. She loves the water. Splash pad is one of her favorite activities. Let's face it though we are busy moms. Going to the splash pad daily just isn't feasible. She's got a small kiddie pool with slide but keeping it clean well again who has time. She's not fond of the slide anyways. Thw neighbor has a huge pool. We like to go swimming there. Sometimes I just wanna relax while she plays though. This little sprinkler ball is perfect for that.


It's pretty easy to use. You just need to inflate it. I'd seriously suggest an air pump of some sort. I have tgis (Electric Air Pump ). Has 3 different nozzles so it works great with any inflatable. It's a HUGE ball to blow by mouth.

As you can see its almost as tall as my child. You just need to connect your water hose to the spout on the ball. Turn the water on. She has so much fun with it. The water streams out the sides and tops. She likes to hold her hand over stream and try to stop it.

Let's not forget this just isn't for the small kids. My biggers ones enjoyed it just as much from the four wheeler. Riding circle through the spray cooled them off and made it a fun game.

I have horrible neck and should pain. It causes nasty tension headaches that usually then trigger migraines. Yuck right. I couldn't figure out what the cause was. We thought TMJ. Baking and Blogging is making me a BETTY

I met and moved in with my Husband in 2009. He was the absolute best cook. Of course me having no cooking skills, I had very little to compare to. So he done all things cooking, I would assist when needed :)

Fast forward 5 years. Hubby gets a new job working 2nd shift. We are all worried about starvation at this point. I mean I even took to begging for friends to come cook for me and my stepsons. It unfortunately was time. I HAD to learn to cook. I had to feed my family. It became a task. I rocked it LIKE A BOSS . I got so confident I was ready to move on to learning to bake. Hubs was impressed to say the least. He bought me a (Hamilton Beach Stand Mixer) .

I quickly began learning new recipes. I also quickly learned than I needed some new bake ware. I have NOTHING worthy enough for these baking creations. This is also when I learned about silicone bake ware. :)

Seriously. I LOVE these. I'm alway that mom who puts 1 too many cookies on the cookie sheet and usually end up with a LARGE cookie. This silicone non stick mat has cookie guidleines. I made the BEST cookies of my life. I'm not lying. Thwy came out perfect. NO BUT BOTTOMS!

Another great product any baker needs is a nice set of measuring cups and spoons. I am ALWAYS loosing the ones I have or the measurement has rubbed off and I have no clue what I'm dealing with.

This ( Joy of Kitchen Collapsible Set is awesome to have.

It has everything I need. It's a space saver since the measuring cups collapses. The spoons all slide together and the cups are stackable.



The measurements are clearly marked and not removable. No more guessing if this is or is not the correct measurement.

Now I have all this cool stuff, what's a gal to do but hit Pinterest. I'm browsing through recipes. Looking for ideas and come across one for a ( Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie).

I have all ingredients on hand PLUS I get to use my small cast iron skillet :) . Oh and did I mention my new ( Striped Hot Handle Holders)


These are great for hot skillet handles. They really help. I'm terrified of getting burnt. I hate using anything wrapped around the handle for fear of slipping. These just slide on.
