This product is all you will need to battle the aches and pains of life. I have several of the Gideon massagers. This is by far my favorite of them all. It does EVERYTHING. It has three different timer settings. I love the options. You can change the direction of the neck massager. It can be switched between Shiatsu or rolling. The remote has so many options that you can customize to any ache and pain. It also has a heat function. I love the heat and shiatsu on my back. The neck massager also helps ALOT when those migraines kick in. I had honestly thought of giving this item as a Christmas gift to someone. I love it so much I'm keeping it for myself.
